Four 1xDay Retreats for 2026

These will have an overall theme based on cultivating our hearts and minds in mindful compassion and awareness but will also be stand-alone retreat days each time.

The cost, which includes a lovely vegetarian lunch and refreshments through the day is £50 per day, or if booking all four the cost is £180
