Whether you are a seasoned meditator\, practice from time to time or have no experience\, all are welcome. \nTo be held at the beautiful \nNoddfa Retreat Centre\nConwy Old Road\nPenmaenmawr LL34 6YF \nLocated on the North Wales coast and sits in the foothills of the wonderful Snowdonia National Park – https://www.noddfa.org.uk/ \nThe cost of the weekend is: £390 per person – please indicate if you would like a single or twin room. Most bathrooms and toilets are shared\, but plentiful! A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking.
